Jay Yoga

This initiative combines two strong spiritual disciplines, Jewish ritual and yoga practice in one-hour-and-a-half guided sessions where you can experience its benefits both in your body and mind.

With Jai Yoga we wish the practitioners to get ready to receive and reveal more light, so they can understand that the body is essential in the personal and communitarian transformation. In Yoga classes you will enjoy specially selected music, kavanot and interpretative texts that give depth and creativity, intensifying the experience to everyone.

Keeping an excellent relationship with your physical vehicle and rising your positive energy is giving thanks to God for keeping you in good shape, respect yourself and loving you unconditionally.

"Since having a healthy and whole body is integral to Divine service (lit., "is of the way of [G-d's] Name"). As it is impossible to understand or know anything when one is sick, one must stay far from things which destroy the body and accustom themselves to things which preserve one's health", Mishneh Torah, Maimonides.
